Lixa guide
Launch a token with a stock behind it
Lixa is a stock-paired launchpad on Solana. Every token launched through Lixa starts on a pump.fun bonding curve and carries a real tokenized share from xStocks as its pair. These pages explain how a launch works, what the pair does and does not do, how to read a market page, and what to watch while you hold.
01 · Getting started
What Lixa is
A launchpad on Solana where every token comes with a stock.
You launch a token on pump.fun from the Create page and choose one of more than fifty xStocks as its pair: Tesla as TSLAx, Nvidia as NVDAx, the S&P 500 as SPYx, Coinbase, Robinhood, Apple and the rest. The choice is written into the token's metadata at launch and cannot be changed afterwards.
The pair is shown next to the token everywhere on Lixa, with the stock's live price. On the token's market page a buyer can send part of a buy into the stock itself, and both purchases are signed in one wallet prompt.
- Chain

How a market works
A launch creates the token on pump.fun; Lixa adds the pair, the market page and the split buy.
- Launch a token. Name, ticker, artwork, story, links, the paired stock and an optional first buy are set before you sign.
- It lists on Explore. Lixa launches sit at the top with a Lixa tag and their stock. Below them runs the live pump.fun tape.
- Buyers trade on the curve. Every buy and sell is quoted by Jupiter and simulated against the chain before the wallet opens.
- Split a buy. One control on the ticket sends 25% or 50% of the SOL into the paired stock in the same signature.
- Graduation. When the curve sells its last token, about 85 SOL has been raised and the token moves to a PumpSwap pool. Trading on Lixa continues there.
Wallets
Any Solana wallet that injects into the browser: Phantom, Solflare, Backpack and others.Press Connect in the top bar. If you have more than one wallet, Lixa asks which one. On a phone, open the site inside the Phantom app. Lixa never holds funds or keys: it builds a transaction, shows you what it will do, and your wallet signs it.
Before you sign
- Check the address in the wallet is the one you mean to use.
- Read the amount, the paired stock and the network fee in the wallet prompt.
- Never share a recovery phrase or a private key with any site.
- Every signature links to Solscan once it is sent.
02 · Core concepts
Curve, pair and fees
The few things that decide the price you pay.
The pump.fun curve
A new token starts with its whole supply on a bonding curve. The curve is a constant-product formula over virtual reserves: the more SOL goes in, the fewer tokens each further SOL buys. The price on Lixa is read from the curve's account on Solana, not from an index, so it is the price the next trade will start from.
About 793 million of the billion tokens can be sold from the curve. When the last of them is sold, roughly 85 SOL has been raised and the curve graduates: the token and the raised SOL move into a PumpSwap pool. The Graduation bar on every card is the share of those 793 million already sold.
Paired stocks
The pair is a stock token from xStocks, chosen at launch. xStocks are issued by Backed Finance and are backed one for one by the underlying shares. Lixa does not issue, hold or price them; it shows their live price from Jupiter and routes buys of them through Jupiter.
What the pair is not
It is not a peg and not a claim. A token paired with TSLAx does not follow Tesla's price, does not hold Tesla shares, and gives holders nothing from Tesla. Only the stock tokens you buy yourself, in the split, are xStocks.
Stock-priced curves
pump.fun now also allows curves priced in a token other than SOL. Some live curves are priced in a stock token, such as NVDAx or GLDx. Explore shows these with the stock as their pair, and the market page reads their reserves in that stock. Lixa's own launches use SOL curves; the stock is attached as a pair.
Fees
| What | Who gets it | Size |
|---|---|---|
| Curve trade | pump.fun protocol and the token's creator | ≈ 1% per buy or sell |
| Launch | Solana account rent and the network | ≈ 0.02 SOL |
| Network | Solana validators, priority tip capped by Lixa | fractions of a cent to a few cents |
| Lixa | — | 0 |
A first purchase of any token also opens a token account in your wallet, about 0.002 SOL of rent, once per token. The ticket reserves this before it builds the trade, so a buy never dies halfway for lack of rent.
03 · Launching
Launch a token
Open Create, fill the form, sign once.
- Name and ticker. Up to 32 characters for the name, up to 10 letters or digits for the ticker.
- Artwork. Any PNG, JPG, WebP or GIF, cut to a 512 px square in your browser. Without one, Lixa draws a logo from the ticker.
- Story and links. Optional. Shown on the market page and on pump.fun.
- Paired stock. Pick a featured stock or any one from the full list. This cannot be changed later.
- First buy. Optional, up to 10 SOL, bought inside the launch transaction before anyone else can trade.
- Sign. The transaction is built by PumpPortal, signed by the new token's key in your browser and simulated; then your wallet asks you to sign it.
The token's name, artwork and metadata are stored by Lixa, so the link written into the token keeps working. After the launch, the token appears on Explore under Lixa within a minute, and the result card links to its market, to Solscan and to sharing on X.
04 · Trading
Find a market and trade it
Explore
Tabs filter by newest, near graduation and your own launches. The menu next to search narrows the list to Lixa launches, to stock-paired tokens, or to one stock. Sort by newest, market cap, liquidity or progress.
Reading a market page
- Market cap
- Current price times the full supply.
- On the curve
- The SOL (or stock) raised on the curve so far.
- Graduation
- Share of the sellable supply already bought.
- Pair
- What the curve is priced in, and the stock the token is paired with.
- Trade fee
- The pump.fun fee, with the creator's share.
Buying, with or without the stock
Enter SOL or pick a preset. If the token has a paired stock, the ticket offers Off, 25% and 50%. With a split, Lixa builds two transactions, one for the token and one for the stock, simulates both, and your wallet signs them together. If the stock part cannot be filled, the token part still stands and the ticket says so.
Selling
Switch to Sell, pick 25%, 50%, 75% or Max of your balance, and sign. Proceeds arrive in SOL.
Slippage
The default is 3%. Fresh curves move fast, so the router may widen it on its own within your setting; if a quote fails because the price ran, try again or pick 10%.
05 · Holdings and activity
Your balance, your tokens, your history
Holdings reads the connected wallet straight from Solana: SOL balance, every pump.fun token it holds valued at the current price, the tokens it launched through Lixa, and its recent curve trades. Activity is the public tape: launches on Lixa and pump.fun, and the latest trades on the newest Lixa curves.
06 · Reference
Worked example, risks, questions, terms
Worked example
You launch $GRASS paired with TSLAx and buy 0.5 SOL in the launch. A minute later someone opens its market page and buys 1 SOL with the 25% split: 0.75 SOL goes into $GRASS on the curve, 0.25 SOL buys TSLAx through Jupiter, and both land in their wallet after one signature. The $GRASS card now shows a little more progress to graduation, and its pair chip shows Tesla's live price.
Risk notes
- New tokens can lose most or all of their value within minutes.
- The paired stock is a label and a convenience, not a guarantee of anything.
- xStocks follow their shares but trade around the clock with thinner liquidity; prices can gap when markets are closed.
- Graduation moves liquidity to a pool Lixa does not control.
- Only sign transactions you have read in your wallet.
FAQ
- Does Lixa custody anything?
- No. Every trade and launch is a transaction your wallet signs.
- Why pump.fun?
- It is the most liquid launch venue on Solana, and its curves graduate to a public pool.
- Can I change the paired stock later?
- No. It is part of the token's metadata from the first block.
- Can I trade tokens not launched on Lixa?
- Yes. Any pump.fun token has a market page on Lixa at /market/ followed by its mint address.
- What is $LIXA?
- The official Lixa token. Its contract appears in the top bar once it is live.
